In this workshop local herbalist and botanical artisan Lauren Snyder will guide you through the art of blending herbal honeys for healing and well being. Herbal honeys have a long history as a sweet and delightful way to bring herbal wellness into your life. We’ll talk about some of the herbs that pair well with honey and how to prepare and make an herbal honey. Participants will have the opportunity to blend their own herbal honey to take home with them.
Each participant will create a custom herbal honey blend to take home using all provided materials. The workshop is held in the outdoor covered garden and is limited to 14 guests ages 16 and older.
