Hotel Californian

Experience movie magic on the rooftop of Hotel Californian. Join us on Mirador rooftop every Sunday night in May and June as we appreciate these iconic Hollywood films. Tickets include a bag of popcorn and access to the DIY lemonade station. Additional snacks and beverages, including cocktails for guests 21+, are available for purchase.

Lion's Tale

Don’t let the Monday blues get you down! Lion’s Tale, a Good Lion Hospitality owned bar, is going to be hosting Vinyl Vices partnering with Proper Productions every Monday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Along with this, there will be All Day Happy Hour, so take your time and get down to these old-school classics and modern R&B mixes.

Drift Santa Barbara

Meet us at Dusk at the Drift in downtown Santa Barbara every Tuesday from 5 pm – 8p m for live tunes, drinks, and good times.

Enjoy free swing dancing lessons on the 500 block of State Street led by the amazing Bryan Gin from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by open dancing from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and finally more dancing from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Casa Agria. This event is open to the public and free of charge. The Cruisery, Hibachi Steak House, and Casa Agria will offer food and drink specials throughout the evening.

Lion's Tale

Every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 9 p.m., the Santa Barbara Jazz Collective brings the house to life with a live performance, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Sip on expertly crafted cocktails like the Lion’s Tale with scotch whisky, chai, mango, aged rum, lemon, allspice, averna, pineapple, and curry while savoring delicious bites like their Potato Pavé with layers of thin potatoes cooked in butter, cream & thyme, cooked to golden brown bites and served with a tarragon creme fraiche.

Lobero Theatre Foundation presents The Crosby Collective, featuring Jackson Browne, on Thursday, June 12 and Friday, June 13, 2025 at 7:30 PM. The group will bring their seamless blend of classics from all genres to the Lobero for 2 shows. Helmed by mashup maven Jason Crosby, the ensemble of music veterans performs amalgamated compositions, plugging songs together to create one cohesive movement like “Friend of the Lithium,” Grateful Dead meets Nirvana. 

Opal Restaurant and Bar

Celebrate your grad in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara at opal restaurant and bar with a special 3-course prix fixe menu on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Multiple seatings will be available all weekend long on Friday from 5 – 8: 15 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 12:30 – 9:15 p.m. with two pricing options. 

Opal’s regular menu will also be available.

Plaza del Mar

Juneteenth Santa Barbara is a local celebration of the national recognition of Black Independence Day. It is a collaborative effort to showcase Black culture, talent, and joy in Santa Barbara County. This event centers around a free community block party that will be held seaside at the Plaza del Mar. 

The community is invited to enjoy live local music, dancing, poetry, spoken word, artist exhibitions, storytelling, and food.

Kick off your Solstice celebrations with local favorite Margerum Wine Company at this month’s Uncorked and On The Rocks. Doug Margerum joins Executive Chef Travis Watson to showcase these beautiful Santa Barbara handcrafted wines, alongside a delectable dinner. The evening will begin with a reception on the patio, followed by a four-course meal in Blackbird, carefully curated to perfectly pair with these wines.

Alameda Park

The Summer Solstice Parade and Festival is one of the largest art events in Santa Barbara County. Spectators can expect to see vibrant displays of artwork, costumes, performances and more. The festival will begin on Friday, with a special ticketed concert event with delicious foods and merchants. The excitement will continue on Saturday at noon as the Annual Solstice Parade begins on the corner of Santa Barbara Street and Ortega and will proceed to Alameda Park, where the festivities will last all afternoon long.

Come celebrate the Santa Barbara Lavender Festival! The Santa Barbara Lavender Festival is an arts and crafts festival that focuses and celebrates creativity through the artistic expression of lavender and/or lavender themes, by artisans, local lavender farms, and small business owners. This event will be featuring over 75 artisans and small businesses that will incorporate as much lavender products as possible in their booths for sale. If you haven’t tasted lavender lemonade, you do not know what you are missing!
