Earl Warren Showgrounds
The Santa Barbara National Horse Show is one of the city’s largest and most celebrated traditions. The event will be split into two main shows: Multi-Breed Show (July 2 – 5) and Hunters & Jumpers (July 9 – 13).
These competitions feature more than 150 competitors collectively. Along with the shows, visitors can enjoy a wide variety of other activities, including the Picture Perfect Pony Photo Opps, guided tours throughout the facility, food vendors and more.
Concerts in the Park
Enjoy an enchanting evening of live music and entertainment at “Concerts in the Park” in beautiful Santa Barbara’s Chase Palm Park. This beloved summer event series is back to grace the picturesque park with its vibrant atmosphere, bringing together families, friends, and music enthusiasts from near and far.
Stearns Wharf
If you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate this Independence Day, there’ll be no better place than Santa Barbara’s waterfront. A full slate of festive, fun, and family-friendly activities is planned throughout the day, including free live music and dance performances on the beach, hosted by the PARC Foundation!
The festivities will be capped off with a bang during a 20-minute fireworks display, presented by Garden State Fireworks and sponsored by the City’s Waterfront Department.
Drishti House
This is a 90-minute journey through Korean Tea Ceremony, breath and sound—an experience rooted in ancestral reverence and inner restoration. In Korean tradition, this ceremony means “tea honoring ritual” and reflects the deep values of presence, harmony, and respectful connection. It is not simply drinking tea, but an intentional act of honoring life, lineage, and the moment. Combined with conscious breathwork, this ceremony becomes a bridge—between past and present, body and spirit, memory and release.

Come early and enjoy the galleries, then step outside for a summer night of jazz and dance on the Museum’s Front Terrace. Inspired by the exhibition Modern Life: A Global Artworld, 1850 – 1950 and performed by two-time Grammy Award winner Ted Nash and internationally known choreographer and dancer Vanessa Isaac, responding with music and motion to works by Wifredo Lam, Georgia O’Keeffe and other muses of the modern.

Explore the vibrant world of Flamenco and Folklorico dance while celebrating the spirit of Fiesta! Our Kids Fiesta Summer Camp offers a fun, creative space for kids ages 3+ to learn new dances, make friends, and even perform in the Fiesta Parade and other local shows.
Art Spot on Wheels
Enjoy three or more guided paintings each week and close with an open-house art show featuring all the young artist’s work from that week. There is much to look forward to this Summer with new projects and paintings, exploring with watercolors, pastels and acrylic paints as well as the occasional walking field trip to gather inspiration. Summer camp with Art Spot is an experience to remember!

Old Spanish Days Fiesta
Santa Barbara’s rich heritage comes alive during the first week in August with the music, dance, and pageantry of Old Spanish Days Fiesta, the granddaddy of city celebrations, reaching back to 1925.
The 5-day party opens with La Fiesta Pequeña — the little festival — on the steps of the Old Mission Santa Barbara, with traditional flamenco and folklorico dance performances.
